1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 1770bet platform — including the website at 1770bet.net, the mobile web application, or any associated service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one exists.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 1770bet (the "Platform" or "Operator"). 1770bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 1770bet will provide reasonable notice through the platform, by email to your registered address, or by posting a revised effective date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 1770bet platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where there is a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and any product-specific or promotional rules, the product-specific rules shall take precedence with respect to that product or promotion only, and these Terms shall govern in all other respects.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 1770bet platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. 1770bet does not permit individuals under 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party in connection with your account or any wagers placed.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 1770bet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not located in or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

1770bet takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We employ age verification procedures during the account registration process and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Where a player cannot satisfactorily verify their age, 1770bet will suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and refer the matter to our compliance team for further review.

3 Account Registration

To place bets, access casino games, or make any financial transactions on the 1770bet platform, you must first register a verified player account. The following rules govern the account registration process and your ongoing obligations as a registered player:

• One account per player: Each individual player may hold only one active account on the 1770bet platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across linked accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 1770bet will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
• KYC verification: 1770bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a proof of address, and/or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC completion.
• Account accuracy updates: If any of your registered details change — including your residential address, phone number, or email address — you are responsible for updating your account profile promptly. 1770bet is not liable for any failed communications resulting from outdated account information.

1770bet reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Decisions on account registration are final.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

1770bet supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time based on technical or operational factors.

The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the 1770bet platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit processing: bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your 1770bet account balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to process depending on your bank.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day will be processed the same day. Requests submitted after this cut-off will be processed on the following business day.
• Withdrawal to source: Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
• Fees: 1770bet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 1770bet accepts no responsibility.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using shared or third-party payment accounts, is strictly prohibited.

5 Betting Rules

The following general rules govern all sports betting activity conducted through the 1770bet sportsbook. These rules apply to all markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and all other sports events listed on the platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. 1770bet reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion, including where the odds displayed were the result of a manifest error.
• Manifest errors: If odds or terms are published in error — for example, due to a technical fault or human data-entry mistake — 1770bet reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of the stated outcome. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full.
• Event cancellation and postponement: If a sports event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting markets reflect real-time match conditions. Decisions made on live markets by our trading team are final. Live bets confirmed before an incident (wicket, goal, red card) occurs are settled based on the state of play at confirmation time.
• Maximum winnings: The maximum single-bet payout per player per event is ৳500,000 unless otherwise stated for a specific market. 1770bet reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts for individual players at its discretion.
• Collusion and match-fixing: Any player found to be engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from collusion, match-fixing, or any form of irregular betting activity will have their account permanently closed and all balances forfeited. 1770bet cooperates with relevant sport integrity bodies and law enforcement authorities.

Casino game rules — including rules for live dealer tables provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and exclusive games such as Dragon Master and Callbreak Quick — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall apply to that specific game.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

1770bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the point of offer. The following general rules apply to all promotional offers on the 1770bet platform:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the total betting volume that must be achieved before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus balances and associated wagering progress will expire and be removed from your account at the end of the promotional period.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — towards bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages will be listed in each promotion's specific terms. Live casino games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1770bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where legally required:

• Opening or operating more than one registered player account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access or use another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way that circumvents normal user behaviour.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds.
• Colluding with other players, operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, sport, or market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings, or any other advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be recovered by 1770bet.
• Using the platform in connection with any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent accepting bets on behalf of other individuals.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the 1770bet platform, its software, odds data, or content.
• Posting, transmitting, or facilitating any content that is abusive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful through any platform communication channel.

1770bet operates real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers, sport integrity organisations, and law enforcement bodies in Bangladesh and internationally. Players who are found to have engaged in prohibited conduct waive any right to appeal the resulting account action.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

1770bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The most common grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under our responsible gaming programme.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring 1770bet to restrict access to a particular player or group of players.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. Dormant account balances are preserved and returned to the player upon verified request to [email protected].

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 1770bet will notify the player by email to their registered address within 48 hours of the suspension action. Legitimate account balances held at the time of suspension will not be forfeited unless the investigation confirms a material breach, fraud, or regulatory obligation requiring forfeiture.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days of account closure confirmation, subject to all wagering requirements having been met.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the 1770bet platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure should be escalated in writing to [email protected]. 1770bet will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 business days. 1770bet is an online entertainment platform.
